Stride4Life is run soley by a committee of volunteers with the support of Tracey Cummins, the Fundraising & Voluntary Services Manager at Darent Valley Hospital without whose help and support the Stride4Life event may never have got off the ground. All decisions on how the day is run is left to the committee and all monies raised by Stride4Life go to hospital's Cancer Fighting Fund whose aim is to help all local men, women and children fighting cancer.
The committee would like to thank all of their supporters and volunteers without whom Stride would never be possible.
The committee would also like to thank Richard Pullman, the ranger at Darenth County Park for organising the sponsored walks.
